Refund policy

Warranty
We honour manufacturer warranties on all of our products. The manufacturer's warranty can be found on the individual items' pages on this website. If a specific manufacturer's warranty is not found on the product page, our general warranty terms apply.

Our general warranty is 30 days from date of purchase (from Bradley Home) unless otherwise stated. The date of installation is not applicable in any instance as we have no control over the handling or use of products once they've left our stores. This is inclusive of retail and wholesale (B2B) transactions. Bradley Home is not liable for other retailers' policies or terms and conditions. All consumers should make themselves aware of the T&Cs of the retailer from which they are purchasing. Any returns, exchanges or refunds must be requested and transacted through the retailer from which the item was originally purchased. Bradley Home does not provide returns, exchanges or refunds if the end user's transaction was performed through another retailer or business (we only honour Bradley Home issued invoices as evidence of purchase). Bradley Home does not warrant any products (not manufactured by us) beyond the manufacturer's warranty or the warranty terms as above.

Installation of all items is subject to the local state or jurisdictional laws surrounding that product. As an example, all plumbing fixtures (basins, sinks, tapware, etc) must be installed by an actively licensed plumber in accordance with the local regulations. Failure to comply (including providing of evidence if requested, etc) will result in any and all warranties being null and void.

 

Returns
If you wish to return any items that you have purchased in store or online, we will happily issue a refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase (receipt required). Returnable items must have never been installed and still in new saleable condition with original packaging..

Beyond 30 days from purchase, we do not permit any returns, exchanges or refunds.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
- Custom-ordered items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us and obtaining a return merchandise authorization (RMA).

Returns are NOT accepted for custom-made items.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds are NOT accepted for custom-made items.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If you wish to return an item purchased while it was on sale, we will issue a store credit or exchange for that item. Our standard return policy conditions (above) apply.

Pre-orders or custom-built items (if applicable)
Only regular stocked items may be refunded, however unfortunately pre-rorders and custom-built items cannot be refunded. Delivery times for these products are quoted as estimates, based on the best advice from the supplier or manufacturer from which we procure the items. Under no circumstances will returns or refunds be provided for pre-sold or custom-built products due to delays in delivery. We are at the mercy of another entity (supplier or manufacturer) and supply chains (shipping companies, planes or ships, customs and border controls, quarantines, etc).  These delays are completely out of our hands, and happen often unfortunately. Please carefully consider if a custom-built or pre-order product is right for you prior to purchasing. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We happily replace items if they are defective or damaged during freight. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and provide photos of the original packaging and of the damaged item. It is rare that damage occurs during transport as all of our items are packaged extremely securely, but we do understand exceptions may occur. Please note that pre-order or custom-built items do not qualify for any exchanges.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be contacted about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
